Democracies, due to the most diverse causes (authoritarian populisms, dissatisfaction with people's expectations, disinformation and deep fakes, etc.) are undergoing processes of erosion. It is therefore imperative that we think - and also considering our Doctoral Programme in Sociology of State, Law and Justice - about strengthening democracies and the Rule of Law and, consequently, about the future of Constitutionalism and Constitutional Courts.
