This event is intended to launch the graphic novel “Aldeamentos de Guerra” by Francisco Sousa Lobo, based on interviews conducted by the “Rural Decolonisation” project team, funded by the Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT), as part of the mission of the 50th Anniversary of 25 April Commemorative Commission.

During this presentation, the artist and the project’s consultants will reflect on the project and explore avenues for future research into rural urbanism in regions where settlement schemes once existed.
