Biography

Associate Researcher at the Trauma Center of the Center for Social Studies (CES) of the University of Coimbra. Graduated in Psychology by Instituto Superior de Psicologia Aplicada and Master in Risk, Trauma and Society, by the Instituto Superior de Ciências do Trabalho e da Empresa. Specialist in Clinical and Health Psychology. Was an advisor to the Head of Criminal Investigation of the GNR from 2005 to 2009. He is an Associate of APAV since 2009, where he was the Executive Coordinator of the Training Center. Since 2013, he is Manager of the Support Network for Relatives and Friends of Homicide Victims and since November 2015, is CARE Network Manager - Support to Children and Young People Victims of Sexual Violence, both networks in close collaboration with the Judicial Police.
